MokoApp, LLC ("MOKO") values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors ("Visitors") that download and use this Digital Pool Pass ("Application").
Your use of our Application and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy; in addition, and including their applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes, use of the Application is subject to the MOKO Digital Pool Pass Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Our Terms are incorporated by reference into this Policy.
Visitors may use our Application, which includes certain code, software, cookies and other tracking mechanisms, and services to obtain information regarding the activities that Visitors engage in while using the Application ("Visitor Usage Data"). When a Visitor uses the Application, code contained in the Application contacts our servers or third party servers and enables MOKO to collect Visitor Usage Data. We use the information that we collect for the following purposes:
We do not share the information we collect or receive with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose the information that we collect as follows:
We use cookies and other tracking mechanisms, such as standard server logs, and clear GIFs (also known as "Web beacons"), to track information about your use of our Application. We may combine this information with other personally identifiable information we have collected or received about you. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your mobile device's hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Cookies assist in collecting Visitor Usage Data.

Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Clear GIFs are tiny images embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Application to, among other things, track the activities of Visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Application usage.
In addition to our own Services, we may use automated devices and applications to evaluate usage of our Application. As part of this, we may allow third party cookies to be placed on your computer or mobile device from our Application so that these third parties may provide us with analytics and related services. We use these tools to help us improve our services, performance and user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services. These third parties may combine the information they collect about you on our Application with information they have collected on other websites; such collection and use is subject to their privacy policy, not this one.
